we are just going to put a good set of pistons and maybe the victor jr intake and elbow on the 4.8 to hold boost better, everything we do to the 4.8 will carry over to the 6L except pistons, they are just insurance for some hopefull longevity. maybe it will live longer than a month like my 4.8 on the 10psi....

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......
It seemed like the less expensive way to get a little more power and reliability.
Not to sure now. getting some prices on a couple of different options.
LQ9 Shortblock / LQ9 Full Crate - instead of boring out the 4.8 to a 383. swapping the crank, Pistons, Cam, etc.
Pace Performance does have some killer block / engine deals. I have purchased from them before and they HOOKED ME UP!
---As far as the NOS goes, I think the boost will suffice for awhile. When I'm ready for some more, I'll hit you up on some options.
MIC - you get my Lisc. Plate Pic? ha ha ha
