99 4300 to LS1 swap ???

LS1's are too much for this budget. LQ4's are alot cheaper and 5300's are real cheap. Not sure what way to go. I am not looking to race this truck, it needs to pull a race car and camper.

You want a 6.0 Lq4 comes in 2500HD Lq9 comes in SS silverado and VHO and Excalade. 5.3 is good but the 6.0 is gonna have a lot more torque.

Went to check out a LQ4 low miles complete less harness and exhaust manifolds. 01 truck. Stupid question. the a/c compessor is on the pass lower of the engine. The 4300 is on top. Do i just change the a/c lines???
