    08 Denali Exhaust

I just bought a new 2008 Sierra Denali 2wd black on black, w/ nav, DVD, 20s, and the 6.2. This truck is awesome but it needs a new exhaust system. At the very least it needs a new tip (if you've seen one you know what I'm talking about). I was wondering if anybody had any experience with any of the exhaust systems that are out there. The only one that I am aware of is the Corsa and it's pretty expensive. Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah I had a Magnaflow on my 2000 Silverado. I liked it but I don't want anything too loud on this truck.

My Dad has an 08 and its got some sound with the stock exhaust, and there is alot of stuff under the truck!muffler ,resonator and 2 cats.So if it were me ...I would remove the resonator and put a tip on and see what it sounds like

I thought about removing the resonator and splitting the exhaust from the stock muffler into duals out the back with some 3 1/2" tips.

The factory exhaust on the 6.2l already sounds pretty good. I wouldn't put anything else there. But removing the resonator and going with a dual exhaust setup would make things a bit louder.

I think I may go with the factory setup and just remove the resonator and split it into duals. I like the way the factory muffler sounds and if I don't like it this way I can always get a different system later. Thanks for the input.

I had the Magnaflow on my 2000 Silverado. I was pretty happy with it but it has more interior resonance than I like at interstate speeds. That may not be an issue though with the Denali b/c it has more sound deadener in it. I don't know for sure though.
