Damn that **** got ugly before he cleaned up the thread on PT, then the thread in the southern section. Whenever it has something to do with the RGV guys it always seems like it gets ugly.

Yea, its unfortunate. I believe that the proper way to handle the situation would have been to remove all voters that have a post count of under 20.
There were no guidelines or rules set that i can see that states any consequences for violating policy's (that don't exist) for TOTM.

I do appreciate the time the mods dedicate to the forum however
I believe that things should have been handled more professionally. Especially by 203cree. Trever got the point across without cursing members, I understand that they may be upset but handle it better, PT.net is owned by a professional corporation (Internet Brands INC) I highly doubt they would like complaints from members about the situation. IMO an apology should be made.

Okay, well. Here's what going to happen. When I get home tonight, each and everyone of you son's of bitches that have taken a **** on this thread are getting a vacation, simple as that. I guess I'll have to post my little "Show Respect" sticky that's in Show and Shine in here too.

Not only is that just low, it goes against everything we had in mind when we set this up. Cuerva, I know you didn't start it, but you should've just took the high road and reported this to me or Trever and we would've handled it. You didn't, so you're done.

So, I hope you guys are happy. Let me tell you this. If anyone pulls something like this **** again, this contest can disappear for good. People put a lot of time and effort into organizing this. We don't get paid to do any of it, we do it for you guys. If this is how it's going to be treated, then it just doesn't need to happen.
