this is my latest project
first i sandblasted the wheels and wet sanded with 400
then i gave em a couple of light coats of self etching primer
then a couple of light coats of black primer
then a few coats of Duplicolor flat black
and my favorite pic..the finished product

You need some dog dish hub caps. That would top them off nicely
