2wd SS already being built

I was at the dealership today looking around and seeing what the new trucks are going for and as usual a salesman sharks me. Probably because i was looking at the SS. He asked me if i wanted to buy it and i said no because it was AWD. I was supprised to hear him say that it was not, before i could argue back he said that it just got there and it was 2wd. He said that they dont even have the window sticker for it yet. He swore up and down that it was a 2wd not 4wd or AWD he said it was a new one and that the price was supposed to be significantly lower. I dont know about anyone else but the dealers are having to sell the new SS's for 35,000 way under list price to get people to buy them. If the 2wd is anywhere near 35,000 or less perhaps the SS might be a better seller. Thought everyone might want to know about it though. If anyone wants to call to find out first hand It was at classic chevrolet in Beaumont texas.

Can you not tell a difference between 2wd and 4wd or awd for the matter?

Be on the lookout cause I have heard that the dealerships are just adding the SS cladding and such to make it seem like an SS. As far as I know, there is no rear wheel drive TRUE SS yet and it ain't in concrete if GM is gonna make one.

Well.... Looks like another forum rumor. I called Classic Chevrolet, and they do not have any 2wd SS's or a look a like for that matter. Also they do not intend on getting any. You really should check these things out before you post. Will make you look less stupid. This forum is worse than a bunch of women sitting around and talking about nothing.

Whats with the attack on me sporttruck? Looks like another rumor? what you have like six posts on here how many rumors could you possibly have seen on here. As for looking stupid it was a legitimate post, thats what the salesman told me i just didnt have the time to actually look because i was late for my Physics lab. I posted it because i thought someone could clear it up as to weather or not GM was making 2wd SS's, besides that so what if i look stupid you dont know me at all. As for not knowing the difference between a 2wd or 4wd or AWD for the matter its not that hard to see on the SS. You can see the CV axle boot right through the front rims. I am a part time mechanic in a rural area i know what a 4wd is. People bring their muddy ass truck they broke mudding out in the middle of the woods to the shop where i work all the time. So why dont you shut your mouth and check out who the person is that your talking to before you call them stupid. If you want to call someone stupid call them that to their face not over the forum. As for you saying this forum is worse than a bunch of old women sitting around talking about nothing you need to check more stuff out on the forum it has a wealth of information on it about ls1 conversions as well as other truck info. You really should check out whats all on this site before you post. "Will make you look less stupid." Your worse than some teenage punk sitting behind his computer jerking off to pictures of chicks that you will never get because you think that jerkin off all the time will make your arms bigger. Who are you anyway? You have got to be in high school, the only people i know that talk like you are. I went back up to classic the other day and i looked at the truck and it was AWD. If you think this site sucks and you have a problem with what i said to you maybe you should go post on the Justin Timberlake site its probably more your style anyway. Im sure there arent any old women sitting around posting stuff about nothing on that site.
