If I were to do a swap again, it'd be a 6.0L or bigger (408 sounds nice).
What if he did a cam and torque converter swap to get the higher torque curve? And headers. All of this with a Nelson Tune. Is the torque curve higher on the LQ9 because of the truck intake vs. the LS1 intake? I am just asking because I am learning. Also what if you have no need to tow? Where are the LQ9's available? An LQ9 with a 4L80E would be a nice combo.
