The Trucks back together and heres a little video!

Well guys I dont know if you knew my truck was down but its been about a year since it was running. My 4l80e let go on me and I finally sent it down to Transformance for the build. I got the tranny in the middle of last week and had it running thursday. It sure feels good to be driving it again. Well a buddy of mine has a Real fast Wrx STI. It made 36X on a mustang type dyno. So thats probley close to 400awhp on a Dynojet. I figured he would be a good race. We made a trip down to mexico and had a couple runs. hehe. We made about three runs. The truck is alittle laggy but absolutly blows the tires off when the turbos spool. I lost traction on every run with a set GTII 285/60/16. The first run I feel way way back but still managed to gain my ground and come by him with no problem. The second run was beter and the third run was the best. I decided to put it in second on the third run so that the rpms where up. I hoping he posts that video because I didnt lose much ground from the hit. Anyway this WRX is wicked fast and runs the 1/4 in the 12's. I raced him with my 438rwhp GTO and barly bet him! So his car is no joke! Here's the thread with a video of the first run where I blew the tires off, had to let out of it then get back in it. The truck catchs back up and comes bye with ease. http://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread...=1#post8593004

Damn man...You need to get some M/Ts for that thing so you can actually get traction when you are spoolin... How late until you are at full boost? What rpms start 1-2lbs?

It starts building boost around 3000K. I have some M/T ET streets so next time we run I will be using those!
