I figured the parts came from the FPR.
I had the FPR replaced at the dealership some years back when my truck was still under warranty, so...
The story behind it is that I could hear a clicking noise every time I turned the ignition on. The dealership said I had low fuel pressure so they replaced the fuel filter. When that did not work they replaced the fuel pump. When that did not work they replaced the FPR and that got it. So, I guess they just did sloppy work and dropped the old parts in between the head and the manifold.
