or that they underestimated and they will call you later to tell you that its going to cost more, and take longer. Sorry im still mad about that. lol

not really. low bids can be less overhead. I do side work and im lower then most since i dont do it for a living and dont have as much overhead as someone larger. does that mean the guy with a higher price can out perform my work? no it doesnt....its more of a reputation for work then what cost is

There are few exceptions to this. You are certainly one of them. So is the Master Tech that put my supercharger, rearend, transmission, gauges etc etc etc. He just happens to be on my payroll and a good friend that would rather tinker with my crap than waste money on his own.

yea true haha. just breaks 99.99 brake special is not one of them. they use $8 brake pads. you can rub them on your finger to wear out the pad.
