183,000 miles

I've got a '99 6 liter with 183,000 on the clock and was wondering if anyone has any hints to keep these high mileage third gens running strong or any bad signs to look for?

HOLY COW!!! 183k on a 99'.
if it doesnt smoke, or burn oil or antifreeze, i would just check the plugs, and then make sure there is no leaks and maybe switch to a high mileage oil.

yea, yea, most people don't even know that an odometer can read that high I'm guessing that I shouldn't start my search for more power with this bad boy I did however get 3 grand in scholarship money that I can use for "transportation" I think I hear an '04 calling my name
