I've created a submit form to keep this GP organized (on my end).
Please use the submit form only, no pm's or email.

I will begin burning PCM's April 1st. I expect to get all PCM's out within 2weeks.
Orders will be shipped after payment is made and in the order the forms and payment are recieved..
The price of the GP is 20% off the normal price, that's assuming we still have over 30 ppl commited. I still work off the honor system and I'm sure we can get our 30 orders.
Only forms submitted by the screen names on the other GP post will be accepted. Deadline to get your name on the list is April 1st 11:59pm. Sorry guys, but I have to cut it off April 1st. Replying to the post also adds you to the GP.

The members with an x next to their name have sent in their form.
I will begin to program these orders based on when you signed up. If you signed up and haven't submitted your form, I'll skip you and add you to the next batch of pcms going out.
If you submitted your credit info, your card will be charged when the pcm is shipped.
If you are paying with a money order, I'm just assuming it's on the way and your shipment will not be held up. Please send all money orders soon.
If you are paying thru paypal, I will request the funds when your pcm is shipped.
If you have already sent your payment, thanks.
I guess you guys can tell I work off the honor system and trust everything will go fine.
If you don't mind, when you get your pcm, please send the core back as soon as possible. If you recieve your pcm and it requires additional changes, please send it back right away and I'll be glad to make the adjustments. At this time I can only have one pcm per customer out in the field. No pcms will be shipped if you already have one. I have to do this or i'll have too many pcms out in the field.
I expect to be shipping about 5-7pcms per day. So, everyone should have their pcm shipped out by a week and half from now.
The GP is OVER and I cannot accept anymore form submits if your name is not on the list below. This list was taken from the original GP thread. Any member that responded was added and may participate in the GP. If you are on the list and haven't submitted your form, feel free to take your time, I'll give you a week or so to submit it. As long as your name is on the list you're good to go.
