Oh Yeah. I think I read the motortrend article this weekend about 5 times about this beast. They are only going to produce 200 a year, and the hood fenders and roof are all carbon fiber to help reduce weight!

And Yes. I already told steph, I'm getting me one of those.

One in the garage getting rubbed with a diaper and one to drive the wheels off of.

This vette will be like close to the Gran Sport in collect-ability.
    I want a few.
I could not do it though. Just too much Jack. I could buy some commercial property instead.

The ZR1 s will go for more like 125k for the first couple of months.
That is 2 times what I paid for my house 4 years ago. I still would love to have one. I am not sure I could make myself even if I had the money.

Definitely---the LS9 is essentially an LS3 with a blower. But if you read the Motor Trend article carefully, it is a 3/4 built forged motor. And it has a sweet 6-speed, badass rearend, etc. But still, a cool $125k is about $50k more than you need to spend to go that fast in a Vette with an LS3. And I can almost guarantee you that almost every ZR1 will be purchased before it is built-- for the first year atleast...

LPE built LS7 8G's and all the bolt ons plus a 250 shot with a converter and gears in the 6L80E will be a 9 sec. car all day long and still get like 20+ mpg....

they have hit high 10's with new cam, worked heads and headers on 6L80E cars with converter and gears....the LS3 is the shiz...which translates to L92 for us....
