Yeah I only had to pay like a $50 deductible for the ingition, shifting linkage, and window. Since I had it documented that I upgraded my stereo for insurance, they will send me a check for all that too. Chilis blew me off about the cups and trying to figure out who it was so I said **** it. I got my alarm working and stuff too so yeah. Im looking into rigging up my own kill switch and such for the truck

my kill switch is pretty cool its on the alarm. if the alarm is going off you cant start the truck even with a key. but i am going into a fuel cut off switch for when i need it in bad places.Originally Posted by duckysbht
I have that on my alarm too thats why Im sure it wasnt working was because they actually had TIME to get all my ****. The last time this happend they didnt even get the window out because the alarm was going off. I thought about doing a fuel cutoff but someone mentioned that they still would be able to start it because of the remaining fuel left in the lines and such. I dunno how the cutoff switch works but yeah

i remember that. my truck got busted into at school around 11 am alarm was going off. no one cared not even the campus cops (apd) who patrol the lots all day.gl with it
