    ducky dont be so rough on yourself the mental game of running is just as tough as the physical part and if both were not lined up correctly for you and you still ran thats still shows true sportsmanship in my book. One of the best runs I ever had was from a night of no sleep and a few cocktails with a few other runners, we stayed up all night just acting like idiots and laughing all night and it was the first time in forever I was at the starting line without butterflies and that is when I ran my best sub 4:30 mile. You've got time now to get your mind right and start your training in the morning bright and early heck you've only got a year
