Good words Wade... I am a distance runner as well... Dave--I know you'll do just fine--you are there for a reason! Show them Kenyans how a real white boy can run! Being up in MO this time of year will be hard on the lungs, but try and go run a lil bit in the cooler weather down here to get accustomed to it...maybe a early morning jog. Damn, 5 minute miles for 10K? Sheesh... The best I could muster when I was 20 years old was 4 miles in 22 minutes when training for pre-season soccer at MSU... Anyway, good luck and make sure to slap on a "Yeah, It'll Beat a Hemi" sticker on your back...
