I hope he's got forged pistons at least. That much spray and you are begging to blow your engine. I'd say a 100 shot MAX with some colder plugs and a good tune. Maybe if he was going direct port, he could do the bigger shots, but even then he's living on borrowed time. Just make sure you don't spray below 3000 RPM and you should be fine. Much below that and you run the risk of fuel puddling in the intake and blowing stuff up.
