68 chevelle ss

i raced a 68 chevelle ss tonight it had a 454 that was bored .060 over. he asked if i wanted to race, so for the hell of it i said yes.(thinking i was going to get my but handed to me). so we go out in the country and line up. guy behind us turns his light on and we go. i got a good launch on him and was in the lead. middle of first gear i started spraying(100 shot). i ran till i was about 5 seconds into 3rd gear and had a good 4 cars on him. we got back to our sitting spot out in town and he tried to use the "no traction excuse" but my wife was with me and we both know it wasn't the case. it was a good race though.

Good kill, its always funny listening to excuses. You could do it over and over and he'd never be happy till he won.
