I am doing an engine swap in my 1996 GMC K1500 removing the whipplecharged 5.7 Vortec(for sale if anyone is interested) with a F1 procharger on a 2002 LS1 6.0L bored and stroked to 408 with 2007 LS2 upper everything. Are there any tunability differences with this engine and a Gen 3 computer vs a Gen 2 computer..
