I'll attach videos of 5.3s and 6.0s cammed with magnaflows and spintech. Both great choices over a flow master. With the magnaflows the bigger the body the quieter it will be.

4x9x14" quiet but loud at WOT
5x8x18" is quiet cammed
5x8x24" really quiet cammed
5x11x22" like stock but aggressive as all get out.

3.5" spintech shootout pro cammed 5.3 really quiet compared to flow master but rips nuts at WOT.

Lq4/6.0 low lift cam milled 317s LT w/ORY 3.5" ypipe back to a 3.5" 5x11x22" magnaflow turned out in front of rear tire. Was super quiet.
