Holy crap that ridiculously expensive! Just go to a local welding/fab shop with pics and they can put one together for you - or at least get you a quote on one. That is a very simple bumper to do and shouldn't cost that much. I did my own on my 08' GMC I had and built two more after that after selling them off my truck in the Cabela's parking lot and at two gas stations.. lol.
