I'm assuming loose because it would keep climbing in rpms until it went and it seemed like they were dumping the clutch on a manual trans. Depending on gear reduction a stall won't be as beneficial either. Me personally, I wouldn't run a cam that needed a large stall.
I was thinking the exact same. I really don't see how a cam and stall would be much benefit, being that you don't see much of the power a cam provides until you are up in the rmp's. I'm betting he won't be getting too high up in the rpm's just crawling, right?
