I am looking after the first of the year I plan on swapping in this LQ9 in our Tahoe. I need some heads and a cam before it goes in. I have a Trailblazer SS intake that will run a 90mm throttle body the truck is lifted 3" with 32" tires. It is currently geared with the stock 3.42s. I'm waiting to see how the motor shapes up before I regear. Because right now at 70 I'm turning 1750 and that's kind of nice. Plus the LQ9 will make so much more power over the 350 I might not have too. Three final questions, what size are the primaries on the headers used in the swap, can I use the 4th Gen F body efans on the stock radiator, and will the ECU used once I swap the motor be able to control the efans like in the newer trucks with the Nelson Harness?
