Alright guys I need some advice I have an 01 silverado 1500 with the 4.8 Im interested in getting a cam that will give me a good amount of power without having to change a big amount of the internals. I already have a CAI and flowmaster exhaust. To be honest when it comes to these cams I really dont know that much about em. Would appreciate any advice.
