ok for starts i had a pushrod bend because of a lifter failing, i replaced the pushrod and tried limping it home i got basically home and the truck died. it took a couple tries to get it to start again and when i did the tick on the driver side was louder and i dont have oil pressure. i still have oil it full but i have no idea why it lost oil pressure

any help will be appreciated
