5.3 to a 6.0 Questions

I am wanting to put a 6.0 in my `01 Silverado.. Is there much to this like swapping parts or adapters and such? New to the Chevy world here and wanting a little more out of my truck..

Same exact thing motor-wise. Try to stick with the same year and watch for electronic throttle bodies and the rest is just about identical.
