Well I finally finished installing the TGHD-2 kit and Nelson tuning on my truck as well. On shift kit I stayed pretty conservative on everything. On the 1-2 feed hole I left it stock on the TG sep plate and went with no shims. All the other holes went to .093 as per the instructions. I went with the vette servo and the billet OD servo. I also increased the oriface in the sonnax check valve to.125. I went with alum pined 1-2 accum, pinless 3-4 accum and fwd accum. Once the install was done I drove it around for a day of errands. If I did not have the tune at home or was not going to get one, I would have gone back in and firmed up the 1-2 more. The shift kit was great I was just looking for a little more aggressive. But that is what is cool about it you can tailor it to how you like it. Without the tune I would have tried increasing the 1-2 feed hole to .082 and 1 spacer. So maybe this will help some one that is not doing both at the same time.

After installing the tune.....NICE. I love it. This is just what I was looking for. Thanks Allen you truley are the man. Nice firm 1-2 shifts at part throttle and tire chirping at almost WOT. Nice kick downs, and quick shifts. I even broke the tires loose getting on to the freeway. On the on-ramp, at about 20 mph I mashed the GO pedal and when it dropped into first it broke the back loose until it went into 2nd.

Thanks every one for their input and answering my questions and comming up with a parts list.
