    A 4x4 60 to 80 swap is more involved as the tranny/transercase is moved back about 1 11/16. A stock front drive shaft from a 2500/3500 truck (you must tell them its for a 5speed trans to get the right one from a junk yard) will fit and you have to shorten the rear shaft 1 11/16, as well as cutting the cross-member and moving it back. Also, as stated the input gear on the transfer case must be changes out the the 4l80 gear on the autotrack and a special made one for the AWD tranfercases. It also uses a different adapter between the tranny and transercase then the 60 does. It is much more involved then 2wd swaps.

    PS, Would be nice to have this tranny for a spare, You should hold it for me until the LS1truck track day in case history repeats its self,
