I would imagine killing 4wd after 2nd gear would put you closer to 12's by itself. That's a lot of extra mass to turn the entire 1/4...there's a reason drag cars are 2wd.
4hi is only rated at like 65mph, so you are putting A LOT of stress on it, but if that's what you want to run, you will need to have the speed you trap at, then use a online calculator of rear gear/trans gear/tire size/etc to figure it out. I'm guessing you need to lose about 1-1.5 inches on your diameter to gain a 1000 rpm trap.
