For the tranny fluid supply line going into the cooler, does anyone know if the short rubber hose between the steel tubes is std 3/8" ID? It looks like standard 1/2" hose which should work a 3/8" NPT fitting, but not 100% sure.

I'm installing an in-line filter and i think the cleanest way is to cut that hose and splice in the cooler. I'm using 3/8" NPT fittings and figured it might be a good idea to find out if anyone knows for sure.
