My neighbor is officially a coc-knocker
Suspected for a while, confirmed this morning


Here's the story.

Couple of months ago my neighbor calls me up and being the penny
pinching anal tight ass that he is, wants me to pay him to do my yard
instead of me paying my Mexicans.

hmmm, ok i guess.

Goes fine until summer gets here and grass really starts growing.

He lets the back yard get shin high and calls me mid last week saying
"I'm done this is too much work" .......... hmmm, ok i guess.

Call him this morning and ask to borrow his mower to knock down my back
yard while I look for a new crew this week.

The a-hole says "No, its too long I dont want you using my nice expensive
mower on it, you might break it"

What a jack-off.
On top of that I already paid him for 2 weeks of mowing I didnt get.

Thought he was a friend, realizing he's one of those friends thats a friend as
long as it doesnt require any kind of sacrifice or effort on their end.

Next time he needs some furniture moved or flat screen taken off the wall
going to have to come up with some lame excuse like I dont want to break a nail.
