It was a fun night, glad I went. Lots of cars and lots of break downs. They had the street night thing going on along with a 6 second index 1/8 mile class. The fast guys seemed to be breaking down left and right so lots of waiting in line.
I got two passes in. Threw a belt on the second one. Not fun loosing your power steering half way down the track 
I was weird because I didnt hear or feel anything just noticed the steering wheel got tight all of sudden and the dash messages started going nuts (battery not charging, coolant hot, etc). I let out of it a good 100 feet from the finish line and still managed a 12.1. Would have been a 11 second pass easy otherwise. Oh well, could of should of would of......
Glad I happened to throw in a spare belt and some tools before I left.
