Will this cam work in my truck?

I bought a cam from my buddy that had it in his LS1 camaro and just want to make sure it will work for what my plans for my truck are. I only gave $50 for it so if it won't, no biggie. The specs are 228/224 on a 112 lsa and .598 lift.

Truck: 04 RCSB. 5.3. 2/4 drop on 295/40/20's. Stock rear end.

Mod plans are:
K&N cold air already on it
P&P stock heads (anyone have other recomendations?)
Transgo HD2 & vette servo (in garage, not installed yet)
Full exhaust including headers
Nelson tune
Valve springs & hardened push rods
Higher Stall....not sure what yet. Will do a little towing (small trailer with 2 race bikes)
Bigger trans cooler.

Other then that, that should be it for now. Anything else I need or should do if this cam will work? No plans for any forced induction.

I'm learning these trucks slowly but surely. Came from the Ford world and sold my 01 Lightning about a year ago and have been driving a 4cly ranger since. Bit of a change hehehe
