Im new to the forums and I've read almost everything recent. I have seen that most of the people on here run the trans go shift kit and the vette servos. So I have made plans to purchase both this week and as of yesterday searching for a good tranny shop to throw them in. I tell my friend of my intentions and he starts to go on about how bad of a idea it is because he said i haft to send my computer off and get it reprogrammed again so i can run a shift kit. Is that true? He tends to know much more about mechanics than I do. But Im sure it would have been stated already on here if it was. Any info is a help
