If you havent looked at the Throttle bodies on the V6....They are cable driven and have a rather large Metal lip on the butterfly that limits air flow...I got shwarmy to get rid of the lip and smooth it all out. Took a while cause if you mess up the butterfly might get stuck and lock while your driving haha.....It improved my air flow dramatically actually...I notice some power in the top end...

Even though the truck is an 03...The engine is an 04..and Im sure theres not a difference in the 99-07 V6 TBs though..

what are you going to replace yours with? A stock one? I have always been meaning to do this mod but It slips my mind. Now its too late to do it anyway
