    I have a ? about an intercooler. I understand how they work by cooling the compressed air on FI motors. Would it be a complete waste of time to intercool a N/A motor, it makes since to try keeping you IAT at its lowest. Thats why so many people buy CAI's. I was thinking of an air to water intercooler and set it up similar to Magnacharger's system. By using a pump that cut on with the fuel pump and mount the water cooler in front of the radiator. I know that intercoolers alone are expensive but I think I might get my hands on a cheapy. Let me know what you guys think. Brett

    You will be wasting your money. On a N/A motor the incoming air is already at ambient temp.

    I agree with foggy. My suggestion would be to get it and save it for later when you get your front mount turbo.

    The intercooler you need is a Cold air intake. That is as cold as it is going to get on a n/a motor.
