    i WAS wonndering if the diablo tuner was the best way to go for tuning on my 99 silverado in which i just swaped for a gm performance ls1 hotcam. Is there any better ones that are not a billion dollars?

    I agree with Foggy! That hot cam is tricky to tune for and I doubt a handheld will get the job done. I have seen that hot cam idle and start up cold with no problems after Allen tuned one.
