Ok, I'm getting my list together on my new exhaust setup.

I really like the sound of the Delta Flow 40 series, no droaning and they are pretty quiet during normal driving.
I'm debating on some 50 Series Delta Flow's this time or some Magnaflow mufflers.
I'm not familar with Magnaflow, I've just heard them and like the way they sound.
So, what part number is similar to the 50 series flow's. The 50 series delta's are for SUV's, so you get the idea on how quiet they are.

For the rest of the parts, just hangers, brackets and 2.5" tubing and some turndowns for the tips.
I like the way 02Denali's are, but will probably do them like they are now. Kind of sneaky.

Any help out there is appreciated,

    allen

I got a HUGE Magnaflow on my F-150 (5x11x22) and it's too quiet now. I am dropping down to a 5x8x18 after the new year. I have a 40 Series Delta Flow on my Z71 and want just a tad less sound than that via a Magnaflow...so I think that 5x8x18 will do that for me.

The one I am going to get is a dual 3" in/dual 3" out. I am going to Y it down to a single 3" to use with my current setup...will go true duals when I get that 408 figured out.

Hey Allen, you can try the 5x11x22 magnaflow muffler this is the one they use for the SUV's catback http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/cat-backs/chevy.htm and http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/ss.htm
Are you going single, dual or true dual?
I've heard that the single in dual out muffler is very quiet and has a reasonable flow rate.

Anyway good lock with whatever you choose and keep us updated with your set up.

I'll check out those sizes and see what looks best.

    I'm doing this:
off the headers, then x-pipe, then two mufflers, then dual out, so ya, true duals.

I want a quiet vehicle, but good flow, i'll install the electric cutouts later if i want to make some noise.

thanks for the comments so far,

I think you should run the same type mufflers you have now. They have served you well and are quiet! Headers and a x pipe should give an improvment!

Magnaflow also has dual inlet/dual outlet Mufflers. Sel at S&S quoted me $99 for a 3" dual in/3" dual out. That'd save some cash on an install.

I've got a brand new magnaflow 2.5 dual inlet/outlet for sale. It has a built in x-pipe. I've got one guy now that may be interested though.

Hit, how's the performance with the Magnaflow you have now? I bought a 5x8x18 but decided that it would probably be a little to loud for me so I ordered a 5x11x22. I like it quite for the most part but with a good tone.

I have been pleased with the two Magnaflow setups I have had. I currently have twin 4x9x14 Magnaflows with their x-pipe, no cats and hamm headers dumped before the axle. You can check out the vid HERE. I also have some pics of it HERE
