    Thumbs up

I have '03 tahoe 5.3 flex with dual flowmasters. If I take out the cats will the truck run properly? Will I gain gas mileage?

you would have to get a tune to compensate for losing the cats. IDK about a mileage gain...I wouldn't think so.

IMO lees back pressure the better, but remember I'm oldskool.

You can take out the cats and with HP tuners delete the post O2 SES or buy from Casper electronics some emulators..arround 88 bucks.

If u combine that with a nice CAI u could feel a nice difference, in the performance, and if u have the enough force of will to stay out of the gas pedal, I guess u can see also improvement in gas milage!!!!!!
