    Yeah, he was a nut, but he loved animals and did what he could to help them, so he's a cool dude in my book. Weird thing about the stingray was he didn't do anything to provoke it. Normally you have to almost stand on them to get that kind of a reaction. From my understanding he was just swimming over top and it was kind of a freak reaction by the stingray.

    They were running that special yesterday on the Animal Planet and they showed him when he was really young, but he was EXACTLY the same. This croc bit him in the foot, he looked to be about 16 or so. Anyway, he's like "Crikey! Did ya see that? He beet me in mah fut!" Had to be there I guess, but it was hilarious. This little miniature Steve. Funny knowing he just turned into a bigger version of that.

    he died doing what he loved though. so he lived his life his way. i only i hope i get it the same way. RIP STEVE IRWIN!!

    I agree there TXcrew. just like Dale Sr. did. I can only hope to be that lucky and die spanking the shit out of a shelby mustang GT 500 in my truck one day.

    hell yeah i may flip my truck and die, but gosh darned if i aint tryin to set the new flip record. like 22 rollovers is the way to go out!
