I was logging my Ltrims today and the #1 is +12 and the #2 is -0.6. What does this mean? Do I have a bad O2 sensor?

That is a big swing. Can be many things. Look for exhaust or intake leak (unmetered air)bank 1. If the 02 readings are correct it is telling you Bank 1 is lean. On average its adding at least 12% fuel to maintain stoich 14.7 for bank 1. Could be a fuel problem. Injector problem with one bank or unequal fuel pressure bank to bank. If properly tuned VE LTFT should run 0 to -5. Both banks. Heck it possible Bank 2 is over fueling. Need to try and find the issue that is causing the trims to be so far off form bank to bank and then correct the fueling form there if needed.

Finally got this fixed! I had another car to drive so I've been putting it off. Anyway it was two bad injectors. I swapped them bank to bank and the problem moved. I wanted to upgrade anyway so now I have 60lb injectors and no more problem. Idle is smooth as hell too, haven't had that in awhile.

haha yeah, mine was an exhaust leak. I first swap the o2's over to see if the problem follows, then injectors till I find the problem.
