    427 ss street truck build

I have an 08 silverado ltz ext cab and I'm going to put in a custom built 427 rated at 650hp. I'm planning on putting in a Richmond gear t-56 transmission with a 3.01:1 first gear. I want to do a 4 link suspension and a beefed up rear end but Im not sure what rear end to use and what gears to put in. Im thinking 3.73? I'm also looking for a driveshaft that will be able to handle the power. My roommates and I are fully capable of doing all the work. Can any body steer me in the right direction for the rear end, suspension, and driveshaft ?

Your going to want more gear. I have a t56 and 4.10s, this month I'm jumping to 4.88s. My rpm on the freeway right now are 1800 rpm at 80mph in sixth gear. With my cam, I'm nowhere near my powerband. It really depends on your tire size too. I have a custom driveshaft that was built for me, 3 1/2 inches around with big joints. As for the rear end, I'm not sure. A ford 9 inch would be nice.
