    starting problem

01 reg cab short bed LS1 swapped in in place of 5.3. When I got my truck back recently it had a LS1 swapped in 3 days before I picked it up. Was starting and running just fine. I noticed the left side low beam head light was burned out and the left side day time running light was out. So I replaced the hid light with Recon platinum blue bulbs and silver star bulbs in the drl and blue led lights in the gauge cluster. Since swapping the lights I have had issues with the truck starting. I put a new positive battery cable on the truck. Swapped in a new battery and a new starter. I am still having issues with the truck starting. Any suggestions or comments on being able to fix this issue are welcome. I pulled the head lights and all marker lights out and still having issues.
