4:56 gear user's come on in!!!

I am trying to take a censes on all the users that have 4:56 gears in their trucks from Ron's Machine Service. I have 4:56's in my silvy that I received from Ron's Service, and they "whistle" at certain RPM levels, no other noises just a "whistle".It sounds kinda like air going through the mirror at warp speed. Has anyone else experienced this using Ron's gears, or is it all deep gears that seem to do this regardless of brand? Any feedback is appreciated

I SEE how HEARING a noise like that might leave a bad TASTE in your mouth, but I FEEL you shouldn't worry unless it starts to SMELL!

^ It's not so much as a bad taste, it's just i have never heard of anything like that before in a rear. Ron says that they can be a bit "noiser" that smaller gears, but I just don't under stand the "whistle" lol

The USA standard gears claim to be a little noisy, direct from the manufactures mouth. That being said I've always heard if they are set up correct there should be no noise. I've heard of gears whining, mine do. Never heard of whistling gears. Are you sure they're are the cause of the noise?

hmmmm I don't know what else it could be, The sound comes in at 1800-2100 rpm's in any gear and then disappears and will not come back until I put the motor back into that RPM range :/
