Need help on choosing gears? 4.10s,,,4.56s

I got an 04 silverado crew cab Z71. 6" lift with 35'' toyo MTs

i want to regear to get my power back also to get my fuel economy back around stock,
has anyone came across this?
I don't know much about gears..
If anyone can help me

4.56. and what about the power wise?
is there another gear ratio?

If you plan on keeping 35s and never going smaller I would go 4.56s. If you go taller then 4.88s. You will get back a ton of power by swapping up and should see a little bump in economy.

I am guessing you have 3.73 now? Also I would get a custom tune, Efans, p&p throttle body and a cheap CAI off eBay. Should get an extra 40hp and a little economy bump.

Yeah, I have 3.73s, I have magnaflow exhaust, and a CAI, vette servo, throttle body spacer, I also am Tuned By Nelskn Performance.
How much does that P&P throttle body run? I want e-fans. If you know any where I can get some pretty cheap.
