Unhappy one wire from startup 5.3 conversion

I started my conversion this past monday and have ran into a dumb question but need an answer. I am putting in a 04 5.3 into a 92 silverado. I am using the 04 harness computer and fuse box. I can't for the life of me find out where to tye into my ignition switch to send 12+ to it. I have fuse box location but can't understand where exactly do I need to start feeding 12v to my ignition switch. I have tyed into the coil pink wire for return from switch. I know someone has the simple answer please let me know.

you ignition switch has about 2-4 big wires coming from it, down the column and out to various loads.
any of those wires will work, just be sure it has 12v while cranking as well as 12v while in the ON position.

If you need ignition from the key/switch; simply cut a wire and but connect them together, or whatever is recommended.
Now when you turn key to ON, you will have IGN.

OK I will just splice into a wire that has 12v going up my column towards the key. But what gets me is the key already has 12v going to it from original harness, But I am now sending 12v from my 04 fuse box too?
