I just tuned an '04 that was at the meet last friday, it had the basic boltons and an hpp.
I don't know the exact times, but right away it dropped .3 tenths and almost 3 mph. He said it's getting stronger every day.
I think he was in the mid to 15's and now he's low 15's.
