Best is a pretty relative term to use. Absolute best would be Icon or King leveling coilovers, then next would be adjustable Bilstein leveling struts, then the best bang for your buck spacer would be the 2.5" Top Gun Customs kit.

There are a pile of different kits out there, I have the 2" Rough Country bottom spacer on my 2009. If I were to do it again, I'd get the TGC kit.

I installed the Rough Country 2" level and love it. Took the truck in afterwards for an alignment and everything was still in spec. Only took about 45 minutes to install too.
2010 Silverado ECSB LS 4x4. Only mods so far are a K&N drop in filter and a Rough Country 2" front level kit

You have an RCSB right? The NNBS RCSBs are notorious for having a massive amount of rake from the factory. Do you have a top or bottom mount spacer or both? I wouldn't advise "stacking" any more spacers on the front end to achieve more lift. I assume you're 2wd... my next step would be to look for a set of spindles like these from CST: http://www.cstsuspension.com/product.../productID/377
