5.3 in an 89 suburban, motor mount/crossmember/exh manifold clearance??

hey, obviously i'm new here, i was referred by some guys on CK5.com. i tried doing some searching last night but didnt really come up with what i needed. i'm putting a 5.3L into my old TBI suburban. the wiring and won't be a problem, i'm just looking to see if anyone makes an engine crossmember/mounts etc. that'll mount that engine up in my truck or if i'm gonna have to build it myself. from what ive heard the exh manifolds and a/c compressor might be a problem. if anyone has any links or part numbers that might point me in the right direction i'd greatly appreciate it.

this is where the engine is coming from.

Welcome to the site. You should be able to use your factory trans crossmember with no problem. Look for these mounts www.dirtydingo.com I used the carshopinc mounts and they are doing good. For the a/c you will have to notch the frame a little bit, not sure how much though and you should not have any problems with the exhaust manifolds.

    AC Brackets

Lets you use the original compressor and mounts in the same top position that came on 89 Surb.

Novak Brackets. They sell just bracket or whole kit.
