I know ceramic is the best. But what do you guys think about Aluminizing Headers, anyone doing this? I think I have my 02 problem in check with the new sensors. But I would like to keep from disapating to much heat under the hood #1. Second I think it would make a cheap protectant $75 compare to $200 for ceramic.

Off your topic, sorry. Did you replace the original 02's with the vette rear 02's?

I am almost positive that the "ceramic" coating is actually a Hard Anodized, Aluminized coating. I am an anodizer by trade, that's what it looks like to me!

Yea I replaced them with the Bosch 13111 sensors. Seems to have fixed my problem. The headers run HOT as chit and are looking the part. I read if you keep the heat in it will flow better and the protectant will make them last langer. Should have boughtn the coated in the first place.

Yea im not really sure, There is a pretty big difference in price though. The Aluminizing is a spray (outside only) Ceramic is a dip? I saw a set he did they look pretty sweet.
